Your FREE Discovery Session - 15 Minutes Complimentary
A scientific study demonstrates that the effect of distance Reiki is more effective than in-person!

You are at home, lying down or seated, somewhere quiet. Your therapist is elsewhere — in their practice, in another town, sometimes in another canton. And still, something happens. That is the whole principle of remote energy healing. On Monsoin.ch, 15 therapists offer 46 such sessions, from CHF 40 to 450, in French, English and German, with no waiting list.

What is an energy healing session?

Everything in the universe is energy. An energy healing session works with the energy that flows within you and around you. Beyond the physical body, we are made of subtle bodies. When energy moves freely through them, you feel alive, available, aligned. When it is blocked, knots form — and with them fatigue, tension, the feeling of going in circles.

The therapist’s role is to work on those knots: to loosen traumas, inherited beliefs, and the mental patterns we end up locked into without noticing. The aim is not to repair you — it is to help you find your balance again.

On another level, an energy healing session is also an encounter with yourself. An intimate moment, a journey inward, guided by someone trained to hold that space.

How can a session work remotely?

It is the first question everyone asks.

Picture the human being as a radio, able to send and receive frequencies. The therapist emits a frequency you are able to receive. An invisible link forms. Once connected to you, they act as a median — literally, “that which stands in the middle” — between you and the world. From there, they can bring fears to the surface, work on your family lineage, and soothe old wounds.

All of this happens at a distance because we are not reducible to our material condition alone. A remote session can therefore be just as effective as one in a practice — sometimes more so, as it unfolds without outside interference.

One thing remains essential: when a therapist connects to you, you are always free to accept or decline that link. You stay engaged in your own responsibility. Before a first session, it helps to know yourself a little, to learn to sense what moves through you. Our disclaimer sets out that framework, and an energy healing session never replaces medical advice or care.

How a session unfolds

In practice, there is nothing technical to prepare.

  1. You choose a session and a therapist, then a slot in their calendar.
  2. You receive a confirmation email with the time and, depending on the therapist, a video link.
  3. On the day, you settle somewhere quiet. Some sessions are lived through conversation on video, others in silence while you rest.
  4. Afterwards, the therapist shares what they perceived and what they suggest.

Expect 20 to 90 minutes depending on the session — most last 60 or 90 minutes.

Welcoming a session well

Being at ease with yourself is the key. That means an active stance: naming your needs, your wishes, and your limits too. The therapist is there for you, never the other way around — and no one knows you better than you do.

Everyone has their own path, and yours is not your neighbour’s. So give your session meaning and a direction: coming with an intention changes everything. And afterwards, take the time to look inward. Personal growth is a long process — the one that leads to your own truth.

What it is for

The benefits adapt to each stage of life. Among what our clients come looking for:

If you don’t know where to start, our problem pages begin with what you are living rather than the name of a session: stress, sleep, mental overload, confidence, femininity, the parent-child bond.

What it costs

From CHF 40 to 450, depending on length, approach and the therapist’s experience. Discovery sessions, designed for a first try, start at CHF 40. The price is shown on every listing, with no hidden fees, and payment is made online at booking.

Choosing your therapist

This is the most personal part. On each profile you will find their background, specialities, languages spoken, rates and — for most — a video interview. Take the time to watch it: you choose a therapist as much for a way of being as for a qualification.

Every therapist on Monsoin.ch is met and selected one by one. They practise from Switzerland and work remotely, across French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland and beyond.
