If a sense of unease is affecting your physical or mental health (sleep disorders, digestive issues, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, burnout, or any other discomfort), you feel overwhelmed and you need change and to reconnect with your inner joy.
I offer you this inner-connected process to transform your daily life and support your inner peace.
1. Recognize:
During this first session, we will take a full history of your situation; I will help you put words to your pain, its origin, and how it affects your life, then you will receive an energy healing “”The Monarch’s Wings”” during which I connect with your soul through sounds, vibrations, and gentle touch.
You will leave with guidance received through channeling, to help you integrate the session into your daily life.

Although the effects of an energy healing session are felt quickly, the first part of the process may require several sessions. Indeed, depending on the origin and how long the unease has been present, it is sometimes necessary to allow a little time for each session to integrate and make its way from the mind to your inner being.
2. Transform:
During this session, a new conversation is intended to understand and share the change within you, to consolidate the healing process, and to integrate the intention into your body – soul – spirit.
You will also receive an energy healing “”The Monarch’s Wings””, during which you set your intention. You will leave with new guidance to help sustain the session’s benefits.

3. Rebirth:
This final step invites you to review the integration process through a conversation, then through an energy healing “”The Monarch’s Wings”” with the intention of gratitude for having taken the time to care for yourself.

Sessions can be scheduled at your own pace. However, it is necessary to allow a 2-week interval for the first step and a minimum of 3 weeks for the other steps, so that each step can integrate into your body, your soul, and your spirit. “
