For 21 years, I built my life as a hairdresser, offering a touch of beauty and confidence with every hairstyle, every glance. This profession taught me gentleness, attentive listening, and the art of revealing the light that slumbers within each person.
In parallel, I embarked on a ten-year inner journey, a profound quest into the world of personal development. An exploration of the soul, a path to better understand myself, to soothe my wounds, and to awaken the wisdom dormant within me. This inner pilgrimage allowed me to grow, to heal, and to reconnect with my inner strength.
However, life, in its infinite wisdom, has not always been gentle. My professional path has been strewn with pitfalls, storms, and trials,
but also an open door to a new understanding of myself, an invitation to be reborn differently, more aligned with my deep essence.
I also experienced the silent pain of unexplained infertility, a path of patience, fragile hope, and renewed faith. A trial that taught me to listen to the body’s language, to trust life, even in uncertainty.
Health challenges — fibromyalgia, endometriosis, SIBO, chronic fatigue, migraines, brain fog — have punctuated my journey. These invisible storms taught me the power of the spirit, the patience of the heart, and the beauty of rising again.
Today, enriched by these experiences woven through gentleness and storm, I choose to share this light. As a holistic therapist, I guide those who seek their own path of healing, peace, and rebirth, so that everyone may discover their hidden strength, authentic beauty, and inner serenity.
